We are looking for a Scrum Master for our IT Department, to work within young teams on an internationally used financial product. The Scrum Master’s responsibility is to work closely with the Scrum teams and support them in their daily work. Among other things, the Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum Events, supports the teams in self-organization, removes impediments, questions and adapts processes, and drives agility. Our IT Department, which is based in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, is part of an international Fintech company which provides short and long-term consumer loans in 5 countries within and outside of Europe. With our own platform and websites, we provide an entirely digital lending process so that consumers can apply for and receive money within only a couple of minutes.
