PR & Communication Manager
AvaFin is looking for a self-dependent team player with a can-do attitude and a strong passion for communications. Working closely with the Group HR team, this role will focus on improving the employee experience through planning and executing efficient communication efforts, supporting the core company values and business priorities. The ideal candidate should have a good level of understanding of basic employer branding techniques, solid experience in communications, PR, and/or marketing, strong storytelling ability, and exceptional writing skills. Working with or for an international organization would be considered an asset.
Your key role will be to
- • Set and develop PR & paid media external communications strategy globally and in the local markets
- • Develop and implement the internal communication strategy that supports the company values, a positive work environment, and employee engagement
- • Maintain and enhance the engagement strategy to ensure employees are connected to the company culture, mission, strategy, and goals
- • Develop and implement a strategy for attracting the best talent in relevant markets
- • Provide support in communicating the employer brand message effectively, including content support on creating job descriptions and advertising on job boards, and more
- • Create content for social media and other digital channels
- • Work with senior management in their employee communication and/or local external communication; draft messages, communications material, and advise on presentation skills
- • Write and review any other employee-related material that may be required, e.g., internal policies and procedures etc. for local use
- • Manage internal and external contributors' work (e. g. designers, copywriters, agencies) and projects effectively
- • Efficiently cooperate with different stakeholders inside and outside the company and proactively answer the needs
- • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required

We expect from you
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience developing content for a variety of channels
- • Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
- • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and website design
- • Degree in communications, marketing, business administration, graphic or multimedia design preferred
- • 5+ years of work experience in a communications-related field
- • Understanding/ experience in Financial Industry
- • Fluency in English
