We are looking for a HR & Office Manager to join our team. If you are a passionate, results-oriented professional with experience in Human Resources, we are looking for you!

The HR & Office Manager is responsible for of developing, implementing, and coordinating workflows that ensure a comprehensive, business-centric, and legally compliant approach to people processes and operations. Locally will continuously work to maintain corporate vision and mission aligned to all other offices while adapting information and actions to the country’s specific culture and regulations.

Your key role will be to
  • • Partnering with leaders on evaluating department staffing needs, assuring the right people in the right roles.
  • • Executing the recruitment processes such as posting, resume filtering, interviewing, background check and personality assessments. Also, provide feedback to department managers on processed candidate so they can make an informed decision.
  • • Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent. As well as train them on Mission, Vision, Values, as well as local rules, day to day operations and general information of their activities.
  • • Complying with all legal documentation aligned to labor law requirements.
  • • Developing and updating the Employee Handbook as well as advising managers and team leaders on the proper application and documentation of disciplinary actions
  • • For coordinating internal communication activities (engagement, birthdays, anniversaries, group activities, retention packages, etc).
  • • On/ Offboarding processes (legal & administrative).
  • • Budgeting control for HR and Office expenses.
  • • Support Head of Group HR
  • • Control and update Org-chart/Absence Plan/Calendars
  • • Control and update Employee’s data
  • • Coordinate an implementation of new processes
  • • Administration, data update, training, technical follow up and audit of HR administration platforms (Cezanne)
  • • Support internal communication and employee retention activities.
  • • Organise and monitor the internal layout and capacity of the office, to ensure that each employee in attendance has a workspace to carry out their tasks.
  • • Managing and maintenance of office space, furniture, infrastructure security and office supplies.
  • • Be an intermediary between IT infrastructure and Spanish team for any incident, change or assignment of any technological equipment.
  • • Supervise, coordinate and lead the Office Manager Support in the fulfilment of the daily tasks by defining monthly targets.
  • • Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. This involves implementing safety measures, providing occupational safety training, maintaining safety records, and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • • Overseeing the delivery of supplies and services and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with agreements.

We expect from you
  • • We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of proven experience in the field of HR management, especially in the micro-lending or fintech sector. We also value advanced analytical skills, ability to make informed decisions, excellent communication skills and effective leadership.
