Your key role will be to
  • • In cooperation with Group Risk and Country Manager fulfilling RR1, 12M PD under an agreed business plan with the highest possible issuance to deliver impairment for the country in line or better than budgeted.
  • • Together with Group Risk and Country Manager set procedures on requirements for credit application, manual verification rules, control risk profit–loss, model parameters to match initial assumptions and initiate recalculation of cut-off if deviations of inputs occur.
  • • Minimize fraud rate and share information and insights with Marketing, Sales and Collection departments to drive profitability and improve 12M probability of default.
  • • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s brands, systems and processes to be law compliant, customer focused and efficient.
  • • Keep up to date and implement customer identification processes to assure legal compliance (KYC/AML).
  • • Monitor, upkeep and improve communication with our clients while on the onboarding process until the loan is effectively issued.
  • • Prioritize, lead and execute end-to-end core infrastructure projects for automation, efficiency and growth.
  • • Assure operation performance, efficiency and company’s strategy execution.

We expect from you
  • • We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of proven experience in the field of risk management, especially in the lending or fintech sector. You should have a strong background in risk policy analysis, strategy development and scorecard management. We also value advanced analytical skills, ability to make informed decisions, excellent communication skills and effective leadership.
