Business Process Manager

Avafin is currently looking for a talented individual to join our international team as Business Process Manager within our Group Service department.
If You are interested in customer support processes, have a passion for managing different projects and initiatives, and possess strong logical thinking, this is a perfect role for You!

Your key role will be to
  • • Analyze current business processes to determine improvement opportunities and address inefficiencies, monitor implemented changes and adjust as needed
  • • Evaluate and resolve operational risks to ensure business continuity
  • • Collaborate with international teams and departments to understand their needs and requirements and ensure process alignment across the company
  • • Define IT requirements for projects and process changes
  • • Take ownership of local and international projects by overseeing their development, implementation, and timely delivery, as well as supporting stakeholders during and post-launch
  • • Oversee and guide our Customer Service teams’ managers, monitor and report on their adherence to quality standards, support needed improvements and decision-making processes

We expect from you
  • • Higher education in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • • 2+ years of experience working with customer support centers, telecommunication or related industries
  • • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • • Good communication and presentation skills
  • • Good command of MS Office, Confluence, Jira, or similar work collaboration tools
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • A proactive and independent approach with strong attention to details
