We are looking for a Requirements Engineer for our IT Department, to work within young teams on an internationally used financial product. The Requirements Engineer’s responsibility is steering requirements gathering for software changes, with a strong focus on problem solving and value delivery. Our full-time working week is only 34 hours, working times are flexible and 100% remote work is an option. No work experience is required, over-qualification will be compensated. Check our benefits!
Our IT Department is part of an international Fintech company which provides short and long-term consumer loans in 5 countries within and outside of Europe. With our own platform and websites, we provide an entirely digital lending process so that consumers can apply for and receive money within only a couple of minutes.
Your key role will be to
- • Define and manage requirements in collaboration with stakeholders (including visualizations)
- • Understand stakeholder needs and the value it brings
- • Bridge the gap between a problem and potential solutions
- • Act as a consultant for stakeholders regarding available product features
- • Represent stakeholders needs when consulting Product Owners
