Interactive workshops called “Agile Bytes” are transforming how AvaFin’s teams work, marking the company’s latest initiative toward greater agility and innovation. The program aims to boost efficiency across departments while fostering a more adaptable workplace culture in response to rapid industry changes.

The “Agile Bytes“ sessions, led by our Scrum Masters, Pawel Golec and Rodrigo Lopez, focus on practical tools and frameworks that encourage innovation while building stronger internal governance.

Each session is designed to explore key techniques and methods to incorporate into our workflows, empowering teams to respond to changes quickly and make well-informed decisions. During the initial sessions, we explored: Experiments, methods for running tests to maximize learning, and Delegation Poker, a decision-making tool designed to improve communication and speed up team processes.

Looking ahead to 2025, AvaFin plans to accelerate its Agile transformation by expanding the successful Agile Bytes program. New sessions will build on proven tools and frameworks while introducing advanced concepts to enhance workflow efficiency. We will also deploy additional sessions to deliver training across multiple languages and locations, making the program more accessible to its global team.
